"Like a reusable shopping bag that can be made from any kind of material, such as dried leaves, paper, fabric, polyester and its derivatives or recycled material," he said.

Previously, Andono Warih said that the manager of shopping centers, supermarkets and public markets would be subject to sanctions if they provided disposable plastic bags.

This is based on Pergub Number 142 of 2019 concerning Obligations to Use Environmentally Friendly Shopping Bags at Shopping Centers, Supermarkets, and People's Markets.

"The form is administrative, the sanctions are stratified from written warnings, forced money, then until it is not heeded there is a suspension of permits to revocation of permits," said Andono.

In Article 23 for witnesses the written warning will be given in stages for 14x24 hours and if not heeded the second warning will be given 7x24 hours. However, if ignored, a third written warning will be given 3x24 hours.
